• Function consists in monitoring, delegating and coordinating actions through an 8D-method system, to find the root cause and define a solution to the issues claimed in the field.
It involves the analysis of warranty data, prioritization of issues and monitoring the implementation technical modifications of products.
• Participation in weekly videoconferences with Germany to discuss technical topics with the Product Reliability partners.
• Also responsible for coordinating in parallel, a Corrosion related forum that similarly to the issues from field, involves the investigation of root cause and definition of a solution with a multidisciplinary group.
• Since Jul./19, also involved in future project forums as quality representative. Responsibility for ensuring the deliverables of quality areas throughout the
project (CVDS method).
• Intern in Product Reliability, an area directly responsible for brand image maintenance, focused on resolving critical product failures for quick resolution and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for vehicle improvement study forums and, Launch Team to followup on customer operations.
• Responsible for the direct interface with the German headquarters and improvements in the guarantee process. Currently responsible directly for the implementation in the Brazilian plant of a new system for suppliers’ recovery.
• Selected by the Internship Recognition Program - Executive Shadow, as one of the best interns of the year 2017.
• Responsible for monitoring and improvement of the production process, such as updating the plant's single-phase diagram, installing sensors and designing heat exchangers, as well as emergency lighting projects and updating of safety process procedures
