• Quality Engineer in Product Reliability for Trucks, currently responsible Brakesand Electronics systems.
• Function consists in monitoring, delegating and coordinating actions through an 8D-method system, to find the root cause and define a solution to the issues claimed in the field. It involves the analysis of warranty data, prioritization of issues and monitoring the implementation technical modifications of products.
• Participation in weekly videoconferences with Germany to discuss technical topics with the Product Reliability partners.
• Also responsible for coordinating in parallel, a Corrosion related forum that similarly to the issues from field, involves the investigation of root cause and definition of a solution with a multidisciplinary group.
• Since Jul./19, also involved in future project forums as quality representative. Responsibility for ensuring the deliverables of quality areas throughout the project (CVDS method).
